Project Leader Engineering

As Project Leader Engineering, you are responsible for the successful delivery of technical projects from initial order through to final handover. You manage planning, scope and budget and provide functional leadership to the execution phase. You set priorities and define the framework; the Workshop Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day execution on the shop floor.

What you will do

• Define, monitor and adjust project planning, scope and deliverables

• Prioritise projects and resolve planning and capacity conflicts

• Provide functional direction to the Workshop Supervisor on project priorities

• Coordinate with engineering, workshop, suppliers and management

• Monitor project budgets, hours and margins

• Identify and manage scope changes (additional or reduced work)

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the project

• Report on project progress, risks and key decisions

What we expect from you

• Proven experience as a project leader in a technical environment

• HBO-level working and thinking capacity, gained through education and/or experience

• Strong technical insight (mechanical and electrical)

• Excellent planning, prioritisation and communication skills

• Decisive, independent and resilient under pressure

• Ability to balance the interests of customers, execution and the organisation

Salary (based on full-time)

• €5,500 – €7,000 gross per month, depending on experience

• Part-time salary calculated on a pro-rata basis
