Warehouse Manager

As a Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for the organization and execution of our warehouse operations. You ensure an efficient logistics process and a clean, safe working environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and optimizing goods receipt, storage, and dispatch.

• Managing inventory, registration, and purchasing of parts and materials.

• Organizing internal transport and logistics planning.

• Leading and supervising warehouse staff.

• Maintaining contact with suppliers and transport companies.

• Identifying improvement opportunities and implementing process optimizations.

• Ensuring safety, order, and cleanliness in the warehouse.

What we expect from you

Experience is more important to us than diplomas.

• Education: MBO-4 Logistics/Warehouse Management or equivalent (HBO-level thinking is a plus).

• Solid experience in warehouse/logistics, preferably in a technical environment.

• Experience with inventory management systems (ERP/NAV).

• Leadership skills and business-economic insight.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

• Forklift license and driver’s license B (preferred).
