You ensure that equipment, machines, and technical installations in the workshop are correctly disassembled, assembled, installed, tested, and adjusted. You independently prepare your work and carry it out with care and precision.

You largely organize your own work, contribute ideas about the best approach, and are able to analyze and solve technical problems when they arise.

The purpose of this role is to ensure that installations and systems function properly and comply with technical drawings, instructions, and quality guidelines. In doing so, you take significant personal responsibility for the planning, execution, and quality of your work.

What will you do

• Assemble and build machines and installations

• Work based on technical drawings and schematics

• Test, inspect, and adjust systems

• Detect and resolve technical malfunctions

• Contribute ideas for technical improvements

• Ensure quality, safety, and proper functioning of installations

You take responsibility for the quality and execution of your work. You work independently, think ahead, and ensure that installations are assembled correctly and according to schedule.

• Perform quality checks on your own work

• Work according to applicable safety, quality, and operational procedures

You have a strong eye for detail and carefully check your work. This helps ensure that deviations or errors are detected and resolved in time, preventing delays, material loss, and unnecessary rework as much as possible.
