Senior All-round Mechanic

You ensure that equipment, machines, and technical installations in the workshop are correctly dismantled, assembled, mounted, tested, and adjusted. You independently prepare your work and carry it out with care.

You largely organize your own work, think along about the best approach, and are able to analyze and solve technical problems when they arise.

The purpose of the position is to ensure that installations and systems function properly and comply with technical drawings, instructions, and quality guidelines. You carry a great deal of personal responsibility for the planning, execution, and quality of your work.

What will you do

• Assembling and building machines and installations
• Working from technical drawings and diagrams
• Testing, inspecting, and adjusting systems
• Detecting and resolving technical malfunctions
• Contributing ideas for technical improvements
• Ensuring quality, safety, and proper functioning of installations

What do we expect from you

You take responsibility for the quality and execution of your work. You work independently, think ahead, and ensure that installations are built correctly and according to schedule.

We expect you to:

• Ensure correct assembly and adjustment of equipment and installations
• Plan and carry out your work independently
• Identify and solve technical problems
• Actively contribute to preventing errors, failure costs, and rework
• Perform quality control on your own work
• Work according to applicable safety, quality, and work procedures
• Have a good command of the Dutch language (speaking and reading)*.

You have an eye for detail and carefully check your work. This way, deviations or errors are detected and resolved in time, preventing delays, material loss, and additional rework as much as possible.
