Retrofit for Hakkers with the Doosan to fully electric 833 kWh 

After the successful electrification of the Klemm 807 (hybrid) and the complete conversion of the Sennebogen 650 to electric, we are now starting the third project for Hakkers: the electrification of a Doosan machine.

This machine will be equipped with a fully electric drive and a battery pack of no less than 833 kWh. This will make the machine 100% emission-free for on-site use.

We are currently in the design and engineering phase. In this crucial phase, we lay the technical foundation for a reliable and future-proof implementation.

Focus within the engineering phase

• Integration of the battery pack (833 kWh)

• Optimization of energy management and charging infrastructure

• Thermal management and safety systems

• Mechanical reconfiguration of the existing platform

• Smart software integration for maximum deployability

Through an integrated approach—mechanical, electrical, and software—we are creating a machine that is not only emission-free, but also practically deployable and economically viable.
